How Can sore Throat Along With Stomach Pain Be Treated?
I m having continuous low grade, dull pain that feels like it is my stomach lining, which started yesterday. I ve been dry coughing for 3 weeks. My throat is sore. No fever. Back pain is present. No position relieves the stomach pain, which seems to be increasing, and is now keeping me awake.

Antacid like PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) e.g. oral Pantoprazole and or Demulcent such as oral liquid sucralfate usually gives relief to gastric pain related to acid problems (likely, if you have taken some painkiller or NSAID for a sore throat).
